The Administrative Coordinator will support efforts in sales and accounting, public relations, vendor relations and development to build strategic relationships necessary for achieving Company goals.

-------------------------------------------- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as an ambassador of the company, exemplifying excellence in customer service.
• Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
• Coordinate vendor meetings, trainings, company meetings, corporate events, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
• Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors. Be responsible for sign-in roster.
• Assist in the assembly of end-user documentation at the closing of projects.
• Coordinate training and travel when required.
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Prepare agendas, client documentation, and internal documentation as necessary.
• Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies.
• Research, price and purchase office furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Support staff in assigned project‐based work.
• Assists in special events, such as client meetings, trainings, client visits.
• Assists with overall maintenance of the organization and its offices.
• Manage dealer incentive programs.
• Assist with registering any equipment that helps the company to save money on gear.

-------------------------------------------- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Preferred experience handling general office responsibilities and procedures.
2. Proficient with typing and basic PC functions, specifically working with Microsoft Office.
3. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
4. Must have Strong verbal/written communication skills.
5. Must be enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people in a team environment and possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
6. Ambition to learn purchasing and accounting software over the next year.
