Another happy customer!
We have recently completed a project for ContainerBlox!
ContainerBlox has tackled the ever growing market for tiny homes and housing using shipping containers.

Currently, nearly all of the fab work involved in turning these containers into homes, involves hand cutting the windows, doors, and joining areas. This is not only time consuming, but imperfect. Maintaining horizontal straight lines over the angled walls of a container is quite laborious to say the least.
We have created a 3 axis Hypertherm plasma platform, that at 43 feet long, and 14 feet tall (8 feet of vertical stroke), is more than capable of tackling all of the cutting on the container, in far less time!
The plan is to ship the cell (In a container!) around the world, to areas where natural disasters have occurred, to quickly produce housing, as well as build structures here in the US.
We have been thrilled to work with ContainerBlox on this awesome project!

BNSF Project Animation for Robot Automation by Vector Automation Technologies Inc.

Here is the original sim for a project we are just about wrapped up with for BNSF railroad. The goal is to inspect both side frames and bolsters for rail cars (cast steel), which have been worn down from use, and weld and machine them back into spec. We are currently one of only two companies in the country successfully completing such a task.

It has been a pleasure to work with Rockwell American in Seagoville, Texas.
Here is a cell we created last year, that was designed to retrieve and form leaf springs from an oven. The robot grabs the raw material, then proceeds to insert it into a press, which gives the steel its beveled end. Upon completion, the system stacks the product onto a cart to be transported throughout the premises.
Looking forward to many more projects with this company!

Few things compare to the feeling we get when we ship another awesome project to a happy customer. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the people at Advanced Cast Stone Inc. in Ft. Worth, Texas!

*Apologies for the poor video quality*

A quick look at a project we completed for a company in Ft. Worth called Advanced Cast Stone, Inc.

The goal was to produce a cell that would improve the production time of the structural stone making process. A sand mixture is poured into a cast, upon which time the robot uses a custom made tamping head to repeatedly pound the sand into a firm "brick." Numerous molds are programmed into the memory of the robot, so that it can work on different molds according to what is needed for the order.
